In a Reddit post from October, the owner, under the username u/catlikejeans, shared adorable images of the two cats, doing everything together. From playful moments to peaceful naps, the pair was inseparable, even hanging out on their shared cat tree.
The caption read, "Got a kitten for my cat. Instantly bonded. Meet Bagheera and Pantera," accompanied by photos of the older cat tenderly holding the kitten in his paws, much like a nurturing parent.
In the comments, the poster revealed that they planned to introduce the kittens gradually. However, both cats were eager to explore one another, so the kitten was allowed to roam the house under the older cat's watch after the first night.
